How to revert the form back to its old version?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, this can be possible by reverting the form's older version using the form revision history. It's really easy to do. Let me show you how:
- In the Form Builder, click the green circular arrow below the form name.
- Look for the version where the welcome page was deleted.
- Click the Revert button.
