We have seen a consistent issue with some people with Gmail accounts not getting emails from Jotform. We tested it ourselves with our personal emails, and it happened to us as well. The emails show as being sent, but they never showed up in any inbox , including spam/junk.
We use a business Gmail accounts, and we don't have any issues receiving them.
Do you have any advice?

To begin with, can you share with us the title or the URL of the form involved in the issue, or is this happening to all of your forms? Here is your guide on Where to Find My Form URL.
The most common fix if you are having issues with Emails generated by the form is to delete the existing one and add a new one right after. Check out the guides below that will help you accomplish this:
