Can I set up a subscription (monthly payment) and as well as a paid in full option?
How do I do that?

Hello Priya,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can upgrade to the Monthly or yearly plan. It's really easy to upgrade your account. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, click on the Pricing button in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.
You can also upgrade your subscription on your account’s Upgrade/Billing page.
2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.
3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method.
Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:
After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.
If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment. Check out this guide for more details about upgrading your account.

I didn't ask about upgrading my plan.
I asked about adding a paid in full option to my form in addition to the subscription/monthly

Hello Priya,
Thanks for clarifying your concern. To set up a monthly subscription in your form, you can follow the steps below:
- Select “Sell Subscriptions” as your payment type.
2. Set your price and how often you’d like to be paid.
If you want to add the full payment option. You must add a different form since the form can only cater to 1 payment option. You can refer to this guide on how you can create multiple payment options.
