Sending a partially completed form for someone to complete

In the past we would input some of the answers to questions on the Questionnaire we already have answered during the valuation. We would then send the Questionnaire with the answers to have the seller complete so they don't have to type in stuff we already know. Can we do this with the Questionnaire? Meaning, type in answers that are in the valuation into the Questionnaire and forward a link to the seller to complete the rest of the questions?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We suggest using our Manual Prefill feature to achieve what you're looking for. Let me show you how to set it up:

1. In Form Builder, go to Publish.

2. In the left menu, select Prefill.

3. Click on the Manual Prefill.

4. Select Add a New Prefill. This will open the form where you can enter the data for prefilling.

5. Fill in all the fields you wish to prepopulate. Once done, click on Create.

Now click on the Three Dots icon, so you can copy the URL to send it to your users so they can complete the rest of the form.
