I’ve made one form and I’ve reached my limit? The system wants me to upgrade? What?

Does this mean we I’ll not get any more forms if customer or vendors submit for our craft fair?

    Hi aen68,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The message that you received is for the Upload Space limit, which is the available disk space you can use, account-wide, for storing files uploaded on your forms. You can have one form and reach the limit or even with just one submission to reach the limit. If your users has uploaded a total of 100 MB, then you wouldn't be able to accept new submissions until you delete uploaded files.

To free up your upload space, you can delete and then purge your form entries with file uploads. Before doing so, try to download the files first as a back-up.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

I have moved them to trash.......there are no entries on my list. Does this take some time to reset?

    Hello Amanda,

Thanks for getting back to us and we’re sorry you’re having trouble accessing your form. Upon checking your account, it still exceeds its upload limit for the free plan, currently, your upload space is still 194.27 MB/100 MB. I also checked your trash entries and currently, it has 25 entries that still need to purge. Here's how to purge your submission data:

    • On the tab name, click the Three Dots icon.
    • Click on Trashed entries.
    • Click on Select All.
    • Click on Delete Forever.

We also have a guide on How to Delete Form Submission Data that you can check out.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

    Hello Amanda,

Thanks for getting back to us. I went ahead and checked the email address a***8@a*l.com, and it seems that your upload space is showing 0/100 MB. Are you referring to a different account? Can you provide us a screenshot that shows 194/100?

As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.
