Threatening Messages Originating from Jotform

Good afternoon,

My name is Thomas Nudd and I am the Chief Information Security Officer at the University System of NH. Recently faculty at the University System of NH have been receiving threatening messages from user of you services Ryan Murdough. They have been malicious and threatening in nature with racist undertones.

Would you be able to assist. I have attached a screenshot for reference.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry this is happening. I checked this email address murdoughnewn@protonmail.com and it doesn't have an account with Jotform. To prevent this kind of submission I suggest adding a captcha to your form to avoid spam submission or enabling the unique submission feature. I blocked the IP address for this submission, however, we cannot guarantee that you will not receive a submission from this person especially if their IP was created using VPN.
