I need to change the email under account so that forms can be submitted to a new email. I tried to change it and it says a confirmation email is sent to the new email, but I don't get the confirmation email.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I see that Require verification to change email in uncheck in your account setting. A verification email should no longer be required. Can you try again? If it's the same, what is the new email address you'd like to use on the account so we can change it form our end.

Hi cncfamily,
Thank you for getting back to us. The email address cncfamily@comcast.net is currently not associated with a Jotform account, therefore, you should be able to change the email address with no issues. Have you checked the spam/junk folder?
If your goal is to change the recipient to whom the form submissions emails will be sent, you can follow this guide:
- Go to the Settings tab in the Form Builder.
- Click Emails on the left.
- Hover your mouse over the Email Notification template and click the edit (pencil) icon.
- Go to the Recipients tab. Here you can change the Recipient Email.
Please note that Starter (Free) Plan like yours is limited to one recipient only. Multiple recipients are available for paid users wherein you can add up to 10 email recipients.

yeah i got it changed there is just that comcast is blocking the email and I setup the 3 emails in the address book and it still wont work

Well now we are locked out of the account, not sure if it’s due to the change and I cannot reset the password because of the issue with receiving jotform emails from Comcast email.
So I created a gmail email to use with this account. Could you please change one more time to columbiananazarenechruch@gmail.com.
Sorry for the confusion, I’m just over trying to get the Comcast issue resolved

Hi Michael,
Thank you for getting back to us. Your account's email address has been changed to columbiananazarenechruch@gmail.com. Since the Require verification to change email feature is currently disabled on your account settings, you are no longer needed to perform extra steps.
