Cannot see forms after log in

    Hello,

    Just recently I have been having issues seeing my forms right after I sign in. I will put in my credentials and it asks for a code and I will put the code in and then it redirects me to a sign up page and I cannot access my forms for like 15 minutes and then I will try signing in again a little bit later and I am able to see my forms like normal. Not sure why there is a lag after I sign in and not sure how to fix it?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m really sorry that this is happening. Can try opening Jotform with another browser such as Firefox, Edge, Safari, etc. If the issue continues, we'll create a performance ticket and forward it to our Developer team.

    We're experiencing this issue as well since yesterday (Monday). No matter how many times we login and input verification code....we are redirected back to the jotform home page. We can get it to login if we use incognito but that's a 50/50 shot. Please fix this issue ASAP. We can't access our forms currently.

    Hi Jason,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The authentication code will be sent when you try to log in to your account from a different device to prevent sharing of accounts between multiple people. Please note that sharing of accounts is strictly prohibited on Jotform as it violates our terms of use.

    If you need an account that allows multiple users, we encourage you to look into upgrading to Jotform Enterprise. Enterprise accounts can accommodate everyone on your team, while giving you full control and visibility into each action taken by members of your team, for IT audit purposes.

    Hi,

    I am still having this issue. There is a long wait period from the time I log in to the time I can view my forms successfully. Sometimes I am redirected to the login page again and sometimes I just see a blank screen where my forms should be. It worked briefly when I tried logging in from a different search engine, but that is spotty too. When I log into my account I expect to have access to my forms right away so it is frustrating to have to wait for them to appear. Can you please be more clear about what is causing this to happen? and any solutions that you can provide is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for getting back to us. Our Developers Team updated us that this issue has been fixed. Can you check again if the issue has been fixed on your end? If the issue persists, please take a screenshot of the console log when you are on your My Forms page and send it to us.
