i am not able to change my password. I type in the new password and when I type the first letter in the second box it says the passwords do not match.

Hi Dawn,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you are having this issue. It seems you are missing to enter the same password in both boxes. Please make sure you are tying same password for "New Password" and "Verify Password".

Yes, that's why I needed assistance. I entered my new password and then, in the verify box , attempted to enter the same password. As soon as I began entering the same new password in the verify box, "passwords do not match" pops up.

Hi Dawn,
Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry this is happening. Can you send us a screenshot of the error you're getting when entering your new password? We’ve got a guide here explaining how to do that. Also, can you try resetting your password one more time? Here's how:
1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.
2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.
3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.
You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password.
4. In the email, click on Reset Password.
5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
I would also suggest trying clearing your browser's cache to help.
