Hi. I'm really liking my Jotform experience! But I'm struggling, despite your Help section.
I've set-up a Groovy Garden Rooms - Rewards Scheme Agreement. That works very well.
But I'm also trying to set up a form for my business' affiliates so, once they sign up, they can easily make a list (name, email, phone, etc) of those people they've approached about our products. So, when one of these people then becomes a customer by buying one of our products, my business can cross-check this and make sure the affiliate gets paid (if they've made the introduction). And I want to e able to see who's on an affiliate's prospects (form) list So...
1. What's the best Jotform form to help affiliates produce a clear list of prospects?
2. How do I link that prospects form to a list of affiliates who've signed the Rewards Scheme agreement from which I can see what each affiliate is doing and who've they've contacted?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Jotform offers available form templates that you can modify to your preference or you can create your own template. You can find our online form templates category that fits your need via this link. You might also want to check out this guide How to Use Form Templates for more information. Additionally, it is not possible to automatically link submission data from one form to another but you can manually do it.
