I followed the steps above but the COMPLETE INTEGRATION button does not light up.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Could you please share the URL of the form you're trying to integrate with MailChimp? I cloned one of your forms but was unable to replicate the issue. As seen in the screencast below, I was able to successfully link MailChimp:
I cleared your form caches as it comes in handy if the issue is caused by a small glitch; I also recommend that you clear your browser caches, use another browser, test using a private browser(incognito mode), or if possible, use another device or connect to another network. If the issue persists, please share a screenshot or a screencast of the unresponsive Complete Integration button.
