Submission counter hasn't been refreshed after its deletion

    I've followed the instructions for deleting submissions, and my total submission numbers haven't changed. I've double checked the trash on each form submission page, and there is no longer anything there (in trash). Does it take awhile for the total submission numbers to get refreshed? Seems like lots of people are having this issue....

    Hi Julie,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I did check your account and now you have 378 submissions related to 4 of your forms. Please note that after purging submissions it takes a little bit of time to re-calculate the total amount of submissions.

    How long will it take before it recalculates? Because I already purged my submissions and the account still says I'm at capacity.

    Thanks for getting back to us. We've recalculated your account limits and cleared your form caches. After these processes, you can access your account and use your forms.
