I keep getting email notification about submissions

OK well i created an account with this email and then created a form to have people enter their email address to subscribe to newsletter for a customer. The initial notification email under settings had this email i guess cuz i created the account but I edited it to goto my customer's email instead so is he getting those emails because it looks like I am receiving those as well when I enter "test" emails? The website is http://www.themedicalnewsreport.com . if you scroll to the bottom of this home page you will see the jotform. so confused....sorrythanks

Like I KEEP getting emails probably 10 now in MY email not his where it shows that I entered brendakorte@yahoo.com and subscribe from what I created with your form on the website and I haven't subscribed this many times.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your email logs show that you received several Autoresponder Emails from your submissions. The Autoresponder Email is the email that's sent to the user once they filled a form. You received it because you filled out your form 12 times. You've also successfully changed the Notification Email's Recipient Email to another email address.

That's the thing though I haven't filled it out 12 times and I changed the email to samlamonte@gmail.com and still received like another 6-8 email confirmation after that

After checking our mail logs, I see that you filled out the form 12 times using the email address brendakorte@yahoo.com which caused you to receive the autoresponder emails. For further clarification, the Medical News Report Email Subscription Form has email templates. a Notification Email that gets sent to samlamonte@gmail.com and an Autoresponder template that is sent to the email address entered into the form for every form submission.

Please try making a test submission on the form without using your email address, and you will see that you will not be notified by the form. Also, the email samlamonte@gmail.com will receive an email on form submission.
