My invoice has been created and I have tested it for myself as a customer. I have received the invoice in my own email as well as in my business email. However, when I try to do it a second time, all of my notification options turn off in the Form Builder and it defaults to "non-selected".
Also, I have to keep going back to the Settings for emails to tell it which attachments to email. It always adds "simple invoice" to my attachments, when I want only my own created invoice going. I have to keep turning all these options on and I am afraid it will turn off and my registrants won't get their invoice. Thank you for any assistance.

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’ve found your account and cloned your form to replicate the issue, but didn’t encounter any issues. The cloned form is loading and sending the invoice successfully on my end. Can you confirm that the invoice below is what you mentioned?
The issue you mentioned could be temporary. You can share screenshots or screen recordings. It will be helpful for us to understand.
