How to see my submission?

    I sent off a tattoo request on a website, got a email back from Jotform saying you’d recieved my request, made an account using that email but I can’t see the request on the app?

    Hello Joe,

    Thanks for contacting Jotform Support. If you are not quite familiar with Jotform yet, Jotform is used to create online forms. We have a lot of users using Jotform to create order forms, survey forms, quiz forms, and more.

    For any concerns regarding your submission, please contact the form owner. You can use the Reply-to option on the email sent to you to get in contact directly with the form owner and raise your concern to him/her.

    No I can’t, there isn’t a reply option on the email and when I log in my request isn’t there

    Hi Wragg,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Please note that only the form owner should see the submission details, but they can let you receive a notification email with your submission data. I checked the status of the email address used to open this support ticket but I got the result that this is a Guest account. We don't have any accounts or users with this email address: jswragg@gmail.com. If you have a Jotform account, could you, please confirm the account email address or the form URL? If you don't have an account yet, you can create a free Jotform account at this link

    the URL will just be for the blank tattoo request. I do have an account with Jotform under jswragg@gmail.com, if I go on the app and go to settings jswragg@gmail.com is shown on the edit profile page, I made the account by signing up using Facebook

    Hi Wragg,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I can see that you have Jotform Account. However, I currently don't see any Forms in the account. Please note, the only form that you will be able to see in the Jotform App would be the one you create using our platform. If you have submitted a form that belongs to a different user then only they will be able to see the Form Submission. I am afraid to say that you need to contact the form owner to check the request you made using their form.
