Hello, we're having the same problem as everyone else - the deleted space not being reopened. Please help.

Same issue. I delete all my submissions and it's still showing the same usage space. Obviously, this is something done internally to force users in to upgrade by placing a Lifetime Upload Limit. Not cool.

Hi Abteilung 6.3 BFW,
Thanks for getting back to us. when I checked your account, it shows that you are almost reaching the upload limit. Keep in mind that deleting the submission will not automatically free up some space, you will also need to purge them. Let me show you how;
- In your Tables, click the three dots icon from the tab and then choose Trashed Entries.
- Select the deleted entry and then Delete Forever.
Also, purging them will completely delete the data from your account so you can download them first.

I have deleted and purges all entries yet it's still showing 64.4MB out of 100MB. Why? Please update your system.

Hi Abteilung 6.3 BFW,
Thanks for getting back to us. It seems that the submissions on the form STO-Aufnahmeformular BFW-Wasser are still not deleted. You can access the Tables page here and delete the submissions. Let me show you how:
- Open your My Forms page and choose your form.
- In the toolbar at the top of the page, click on Submissions.
3. Select the submission you want to delete and click on Delete on the upper right on your Tables page.
Then follow the steps provided by my colleague Joram to purge the deleted submission. Please make sure to download the submission first so you have a back-up copy.
