Please assist me I am not receiving my jotforms

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having difficulties with this. I checked your account, and it appears that your forms are disabled due to upload space exceeding your quota associated with this email address: Suredealreal@gmail.com. And your forms are disabled. Could you please try deleting your form submissions to free up the upload space? We recommend that you download your form submissions as a backup before deleting them. Because we will not be able to recover your submissions once they have been deleted. You can download your data from Jotform Tables in CSV, Excel, or PDF format. Let me show you how:
- On your My Tables page, next to the form with the submissions you want to see, click on View Table.
- Hover your mouse over the Download All button on the right side of the page.
- Now, choose CSV, Excel, or PDF format and download your data.
