Can not set a Field to Read Only

    I cant seem to set the field to read only

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the status of the email address used to open this support ticket but I got the result that this is a Guest account. If you have a Jotform account, could you, please confirm the account email address or the form URL? Which field are you referring to? Also, if you see the same error on another browser or device, please take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us. This guide will show you how to do that.
