    Hi Erica,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and it is showing as a guest account which means that the email you are using is not linked to any created account. May I know the correct email address for the account that you are having an issue with? Can you also share with us the form URL that has the submission that you are trying to check?
