QuickBooks Integration: Ability to create bills

Y'all should make this available to create bills!!!

Hey Nozomi_K. I'll explain because I have the same request.

Business send invoices to collect money from others. Businesses receive bills as notice they owe people money.

Jotform example for bill creation: employee expense claim. Employee completes the form, attaches receipts and that creates a BILL in Quickbooks signalling something needs to be paid.

It does seem the bill part is in development already as the description for the integrations is:

At the moment, our QuickBooks integration only allows you to either create a customer or an invoice. Hopefully, our developers can also add another action to create bills as well. But, in the meantime, you can use Zapier for this as it also has an integration between Jotform and QuickBooks and they allow the creation of bills on QuickBooks. Unfortunately, the Zapier integration requires a paid subscription because QBO is a "premium" app. So, this is not a great solution. A direct integration with JotForm would be awesome. But, at the very least, the description of the integration on the JotForm platform should remove the word "bill" because it does not currently work for bills.

Sorry for the inconvenience. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform.

I've gone ahead and escalated this as a feature request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

To add to this, it would be great if Jotform could also create a check in Quickbooks based on a form submission. I've checked Jotform and Zapier, but I can't find an integration that does something like that. It would save us a ton of time in not having to input reimbursement requests that we pay out via check.
