Create Form: after clicking create form button the screen goes blank

    please why is it impossible to create the form, like, mine stop at where they said create form, the rest of the spaces will be blank, why

    Hi Daniel,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I understand how frustrating this is for you and I’ll do my best to help you. To clarify are you building your form through the app or through the desktop version? If you are creating through the app, are you able to provide information about the device that you are using? You will need to make sure that the Jotform app is at it's current version which is 2.7.11 and ensure that the device software is also updated to be able to support the current version of the app.

    You can try some basic troubleshooting steps on your mobile device.

    • Log out and log back in to your account.
    • Please try also to log in to another device.
    • Check your internet connection.
    • Restart your device.

    If you are creating the form through desktop, you can also do some basic troubleshooting.

    • Log out and log back in to your account.
    • Use Incognito/Private mode.
    • Restart your device.
    • Use a different internet connection.
    • Please clear your web browser's cache.
    • Use a different web browser.

    Can you give it a try and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on. It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
