Donation Box element: How to increase goal when users pay in cash or check?

This is great. I love the GOAL function too. I have one question though. The goal is automatically updated whenever someone uses the app to make a donation to us. What if someone donates to the same goal but DOESN'T use the app? Instead, they send us a check or make a cash donation to the same cause. How would I update the GOAL to reflect these "outside-of-the-app" donations? Of course, this would be a periodic manual update and not happen automatically inside JotForm. Can I add a row to the TABLE associated with the app to increase the money received outside the app manually? Will this work? Let me know. Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, there's no option to pay in Cash or Check in the Donation Box element. Currently, Purchase Order is not available in one of the payment methods in the Jotform App. But, you can get payment authorization only and capture payment at a later time when needed. Moreover, the Authorization only feature is available for the following payment processors:

• PayPal
• Authorize.Net
• Square
• Stripe
