The Submit button did not work.

    Hi Krisann,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the email address you used for this Support Ticket and there's an account with one form under it. I'm assuming that the issue is happening on that 'Patron Ad for Bill Clark Music Memorial Scholarship Fund' form, correct?

    If so, I cloned and tested the form and I was able to proceed with the submission. You can check the screencast below to see my test result.

    Can you explain a bit more about what happens when you click the Submit button? Is there an error message showing up or is it just stuck on 'Please wait...'? Can you try testing the form again to see if the issue still occurs? There might be a temporary issue that eventually got resolved. I've also cleared your form cache as an additional measure.
