Can I subscribe and cancel the next month and keep my submissions?

Good Morning, we are running a competition where we will only be accepting entries (submissions) for 1 month. We are expecting between 100-600 entries and therefore will have to upgrade. Can we just pay for 1 month and then go back to the Free version, but still retain all the submissions once the form is disabled? Thankyou

    Hi Cassandra,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can subscribe for a month, then go back to Free plan on the next month and your submissions will still be available. But keep in mind that Free accounts are only limited to 500 total submissions stored and if you have more, it will delete the earlier submissions as you get new ones. You can avoid this by upgrading to a higher plan or Downloading Form Submissions. Check out this link to know more about Account Usage and Limits.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
