How can I save consent forms to my computer?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Do you mean about saving your form to your desktop? If so, you can create a fillable PDF version of your form. Let me show you how: 

• On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over the form you want to create a PDF Document of, and then click on More. 
• Under the Data tab, click on Create PDF Document. This will take you to PDF Editor and automatically create a PDF Document for you.
• Click on New PDF in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page. 
• Select PDF Form, and then you can either create a fillable version of your form or start from scratch. 

• Then, click on Download at the top-right corner of the page. Your PDF Form will download automatically.
