How to add logo and show it on the preview page?

    I have added a logo and it is in the side panel if I wanted to add it again but doesn't show on the preview or when shared - why is this?

    Hi Ceri,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand how frustrating this is for you and I’ll do my best to help you. Do you mean that you want to add another logo again but the newly added logo is not shown on the preview page? Can you share the form URL with us take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that. 

    Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

    Hi Ceri,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, I saw that the image wasn't published yet. Let me show you how to fix it:

    1. In Form Builder, right click the logo.

    Hi Ceri,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry you are still having issues with this. Could you perhaps try changing the Logo Alignment to Right and then back to the Center in Logo Properties? Let me show you how:

    • Click the logo in your form.
    • Set the Alignment to the Right and then to the Center.
