email issues one of my departmants cant work because the form is int working

    so i never did see what the problem was with my previous question... i attached screen shot you sent with it showing old and new tags i never had multiple tags at one im not recieving all emails... i see the response in jot form but it is not sending to the email super furustrated we jsut went live with jot form yesterday and multiple problems that did not appear until i had all my sales team using your forms...


    i did a test prior to switching and i coulld update a form and my users would be able to see the update without getting a new updated link... is that true?? or if a make a change to a form i have to sned out a new updated link???


    I want the emailed form to have From: be the email address that they fill out on the form (first question) is that possible? I dont have the options to change it to the sender

    To my understanding you are having a couple issues with your form and email notifications so lets go ahead and sort them out one by one with the first here on this thread.

    In your first question you mentioned you aren't receiving the emails but then you also stated that you have both old and new tags which are seen. These are two separate issues.

    The first part of that regarding your form tags is explained in an answer here that one of our team members responded to you about.

    Additionally, Your form tags have nothing to do with whether or not you are receiving the email. That is more based on your email address you are using, your email host, and our mail server.

    I checked your email notification and found the reason you aren't receiving the email notifications is probably because they may have ended up in your spambox so I would suggest checking there first. 

    According to your form I found that you are using three different email addresses.


    Which one are you not getting the email notification for? Unless its all of them?


    Our mail server currently doesn't show any of them as being in our bouncelist.


    Result: is NOT in the bounce list is NOT in the bounce list is NOT in the bounce list



    I would suggest referring to this guide here for additional help to work around bounce-related issues but you may end up having your email provider whitelist jotform which should help. You may also want to go through your Account Email History.
