You can add a Notification E-mail to the form by following this user guide:
-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
Take note that the notification email message is being sent to the email address setup in the Notification's Recipient E-mail box.

so, you just need to add that 'special email' address to the Recipient E-mail box.
You can also delete old Notifiers on the form if you do not want to use them.
