Upon checking your account username baharcocukevi. It is already in "Free" plan. I don't see any recent payment that you made and you don't have an active paid subscription in our end.

May I know if you what you meant by stopping the forms and paying? If you want to disable your form, you can follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/180-How-to-Enable-Disable-a-Form.
