Can users start a form and save it to complete later?

The form I would like to create is an application to a teen program with several short answer questions. It takes a while to complete and I need applicants to have the opportunity to start a form and save it to return to and complete at a later time.

From what I understand you'd like to allow you applicants to fill in the form and finish it later if they happen to need to do so at a later point in time.

The main two ways to do this are via the Edit Link in the Email Notification as mentioned here https://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date or alternatively by using AutoFill which is browser-cache based.
