I want to be able to automatically send someone a specific packet of information based on what option they select in a drop down menu on the form.

Yes, you can definitely do that with Conditional Logic applied to your email notifications or to your email autoresponders.

The first thing that you should do is decide whether to use an email notification (generally sent to you or one of your predefined email addresses) or an autoresponder (generally sent to the person who is submitting your form).

You can set up several email notifications or autoresponders with different content, and then you will send one of them depending on the conditions.

You can set up conditions by going to Setup & Embed > Conditions > Send an email after submission to send your desired notification/autoresponder based on what your users have answered to any of the form fields.
