i'd like to create an email form where users will fill their info within the body of an email so that they will not need to open up any new windows

We do not recommend form embedding into email messages since email clients are quite limited in terms of scripts and html support.

You can get direct form link and share it in email. This is also possible to send the email invitations directly from JotForm.
