stripe payment and theme questionAsked by lbphotos on March 17, 2016 at 12:54 PM
Does the stripe payment option have to be REQUIRED ? I have some clients that like to pay online and some prefer to call, but I would like the clients to be able to fill out the form and not make payment. Also, on another form of mine I have the brick theme and it is doing some crazy dancing around on the screen. I changed it in themes but it will not reflect my new changes. I have tried several times and refreshed my page etc. What am I doing wrong?
Considering that your stripe payment field is not required, you users will be able to submit your form, if amount field is empty.
To achieve that you would need to remove suggested amount from payment tool settings.
You can also add radio button field to your form and to ask your users if they would like to pay online or they prefer to call. Then with conditional logic you can hide payment filed if prefer to call option is selected.
I have moved your other question to separate thread and we will provide you an answer there shortly. http://www.jotform.com/answers/796948
