    Not receiving submission emails.

    why the application form does not reach the e-mail but is present only on my modules in jot form?

    Hello mekart,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    Upon checking your form's email alert, I did not find any issue with that. You have configured it correctly and none of your email address is in our bounce list. You should receive the submission emails without any problem.

    I did test your form by sending a test submission and looks like it did not trigger submission emails to be sent. I am not sure what is causing this issue. I would suggest you to please delete your existing email alert and add a new one to see if that solves your problem. The following guide should help you:

    Add email alert:  https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

    Our forms are doing the exact same thing...last 48 hours we've received submissions but they did not come to the email address they were supposed to. It has worked without issue up til now. It's not just one form..but all of them. Something had to have happened on Jot Form's end..?

    @lvbmarketing. I see that you have opened your own thread, but also posted on other people's threads. Please do refrain from doing the same in future.

    It is always best if you open your own thread and wait for reply on the same since the issue might seem similar, but in most cases it is not.
