hit delete in error

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. We have received and empty question from you with just the title as "hit delete in error". 

Which delete button you have clicked? Have you deleted form's submission data or form fields?

Please be noted that if you have deleted form fields, it is possible to revert your form ack to an earlier version by taking advantage of "Revision History". The following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-View-Form-Revision-History 

If you have deleted your form's submission data, it is not possible to recover it back. You need to check you form's email history or the submission emails you must have received:  https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
