I was trying to delete multiple submission but was prompted to enter in a password. I do not remember entering a password when connecting to this app. Please advise (refer to screenshot)Page URL:

The password that's being asked is your Jotform account password. However, please be reminded that when you delete submissions, it can longer be retrieved. So, please, make sure you create a back-up of it by downloading the submissions first.
