How to delete multiple submission?

I was trying to delete multiple submission but was prompted to enter in a password. I do not remember entering a password when connecting to this app. Please advise (refer to screenshot)

The password that's being asked is your Jotform account password. However, please be reminded that when you delete submissions, it can longer be retrieved. So, please, make sure you create a back-up of it by downloading the submissions first.
