Hi there,
I'm using JotForm to build a form for a political action website. I've been incredibly impressed and pleased with its capabilities thus far. However, I'm having some trouble directing the data created by the form submissions. I'm publishing the form in Squarespace, but after a user clicks the submit button, I haven't been able to get the data to redirect into my external CRM solution, Insightly, or to my external database, Firebase. How can I accomplish that?
Thanks!

Currently we do not have a direct integration with Insightly, you may open a new thread and request an integration with this CRM solution.
However, you may achieve it by using Zapier, here is the zap that will help you with that: https://zapier.com/zapbook/insightly/jotform/.
Regarding to send the data to your Firebase database, I have read about Firebase and I can see that it works with JSON, we currently only support to send the data to a database using PHP, you may read about it on these guides:
http://www.jotform.com/help/213-Send-POST-Data-From-JotForm-Using-PHP-in-Custom-Thank-You-Page
http://www.jotform.com/help/126-How-to-send-Submissions-to-Your-MySQL-Database-Using-PHP
As the data is sent as an array, I think that this link could help you as well: http://www.dyn-web.com/tutorials/php-js/json/array.php.
I think that you should try the zap, it seems to be the easiest way to achieve it.
Hope this helps.

You can now connect your form to your Insightly account:

Give it a try, and let us know how that goes.
Cheers!
