Regarding data limits on upload space

    Hello,

We will be having the forms and uploaded files integrated into a google drive folder. Once we do that, can we delete the submission from jotform and will that free up space? Or will it still count against our 100mb upload?

The upload space in your JotForm account is taken up by your submissions with file uploads on them. If you delete the submissions with file uploads, it will free up your upload space. However, please note that deleting submission data is irreversible and will permanently remove the data in our servers.

But the good thing is that you can maximize our integrations with 3rd party file sharing and storage services like Dropbox, Google Drive and Box.com. As you have already known, it uploads the submission as a PDF and also uploads the files attached on them in your 3rd party storage. Giving you a real-time backup. That is NOT covered by JotForm, and is a totally separate storage. We simply pass the data and the file upload to that 3rd party app storage you have integrated with.
