    Why I'm not receiving emails on my Gmail account?

    I have setup a form http://www.henryspieceofparadise.com/rental-inquiry-form-2/

    which is https://form.jotform.me/10213338488

     

    and it doesn't go to any of the email's I'm using such as mindbay@gmail.com or henryco@gate.net or henryco1597@gmail.com  I don't get any test emails that I send despite the emails being in the submission box.  See in red http://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/1297513/1fbea77fdf150958fd8827bc34c05699

    the email associated with this form was never received.

     

    however when I send a test to my main account support@siteproplus.com I do get the test send.  What's going on?

    I have checked all the email addresses you provided and they are all in the bounce list, here is the reason for each one in our bounce list, in the same order as you provided:

    mindbay@*****.com

    -Reason(s) : smtp; 550-5.7.1 Unauthenticated email from yahoo.com

    henryco@g**e.net

    -Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'henryco@g**e.net...User account is overq=

    I have also submitted your form and noticed that emails are being sent:

    This guide should help you to remove an email address from the bounce list: How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List

    If the issue still persists, I would suggest you to contact your email provider and share with them the reasons why your email address is in our bounce list, since one of the reasons is account over quota, this may also help you: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

    But white-listing our IP addresses will work if you're using our default sender email addresses, you may also consider using SMTP to send emails: How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
