    Not receiving email submissions

    I have noticed that our domain is not receiving email notifications? I've seen this issue in many threads. Help please.

    I checked your form and I didn't find any problems in the settings regarding your notification. I did a test submission on your form. The mail logs shows that the notification was sent to this email recipient (su**ort@webst****a.gov). 

    However, I found out that the account's email address is in the bounce list. I have removed it now from the list. You might want to whitelist our mail servers and IP addresses. Here's a guide: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

    Thanks for the quick response. I figured I was on the bonce list and is why I change the address. I have added all of your IP's to allowed and white listed suggested names.
