I took a look at your form, and I do see both field tags being present in the autoresponder.

Based on everything I saw it seems that everything is set up properly - so once the form is filled out and submitted, the emails that were added will be sent in the email autoresponder template.

Now could you please give us a bit more details in regards to the actual issue that you have so that we can better understand the issue?

I can only presume that when you receive the autoresponder you did not get the submitted emails?

    dear ben
yes, i have been working to get this right since i submitted the request
i seems to work , but i need to try it out a bit more
    there are -2- users
    resident
    attending
    resident completes one form
and thank you page provides edit submission link to provide "attending"
link to edit the same form
    this works but is clunky
in receiving form autoresponders,, it seems, some of the emails contains a
    link to "edit response"
    but others dont
i would like to make the autoresponse email to "attending" contain the link
    to edit submission
    is this possible?
also, i dont know where this text resides so i could edit
    thanks to jot form

I am glad to hear that it is working.

Now just to see if I understood the requirement you have correctly:

    1. You wish to send 2 autoresponders

    2. One of them goes to resident who was filling out the form

    3. the other autoresponder goes to attending

    4. the email that goes to resident does not include edit link

    5. the email that goes to attending does include edit link

    Is that correct?

Also if the above is correct, are you testing with the same email? It is usually best to test such setups with 2 different emails as it avoids confusion what goes where and how it looks like.

Thank you for providing us with the additional information above.

Have you tried checking your spam folders to make sure they didn't end up there?

I looked at your email history and our mail servers show we are sending emails to you normally so your autoresponders should be working too.

What email addresses have you been using so far that it hasn't been working for?

    Are you using any filters?

I tested this across three different email accounts on my end and I was able to receive all of them so unfortunately I couldn't replicate a problem as of right now.

    dear jotform
i am working to confirm, but i believe e-mails are now being sent
    appropriately
what i was hoping for is an easy way for a receipient to receive the url to
    "edit submission"
    for example:
    https://www.jotform.com/edit/342010522595186953
i had tried to put {edit_submission} in the autoresponder fields, but did
    not seem to work

The correct edit tag is {edit_link}. In the autoresponder settings, you can add the edit link from the "Form Fields" options.

You can also add the same tag to the thank you message so submitters can click the link after submitting the form.

    works great now
    thanks
i have tried to edit the inject css code
so that the field labels / input sizes are more to my liking
i have had some success (3columns now)
but i dont feel confident that i know what i am doing
is there a place to learn
what i would like to do is to have the field paddings tighter
and figure out how to space the fields better
the fields appear one way on my form builder , but differently when viewed
