I am not getting email notifications when someone fills out the jotform. This is very important to be fixed as it will completely kill our show!

    I can see that emails have failed and this is because your email address is in our bounce list, here is the reason of that: 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550-5.7.1 Unauthenticated email from ymail.com 

    I have removed it now and you should receive your emails now and I can confirm that, I submitted your form and noticed the email was successfully sent:

    You're able to check and remove your email address if this is in our bounce list again, here is the guide to do it: How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List

    If the issue still persists, try using SMTP, if after doing this you are still not receiving emails, please let us know, we will be glad to further check your form.
