Can confirmation page be created?

See below from my call center:

Good afternoon,

When we submit a message using your URL, we do not get a confirmation page.

It just says “waiting”

Can you create a confirmation page. Or something to come up after we submit the message so that the operator knows it was submitted successfully?

Because if it says “waiting” the operator will retain the caller on the line till we see it was submitted.

If I understood you correctly when you form is submitted it just says “waiting” and form is never submitted. I have tested your form and I was not able to replicate mentioned issue. When I submitted your form I got redirected to Thank You page. Were you able to resolve your issue?

This is our default Thank You page. You can also add your own text on thank you page and you can also customize it.

If you want to notify your users via email once they submit your form you can create a form Autoresponder email. Inside of this guide you can find how to do it:
