We are not receiving some of the notification emails. Do you have a log you can check to see if you are receiving an error? Our IT department requested this.

So far I understand you are looking for an email error log in our system.
Yes, we have something very close to this which you can check by looking at your email history that shows a detailed log of your forms and emails and what our mail server is doing with that.

Additionally, since you said you are not receiving some of the email notifications I would suggest that you use our bouncelist tool to check and make sure they didn't end up there and if they did you can then easily remove those email addresses.
