I believe you are referring to this form (https://www.jotform.co/form/31368670840861), am I right?
I checked the email recipients from the notification, I can see that they are not in the bounce list. I checked the mail logs and I can see that the test notifications are being sent successfully.
Your notification is configured properly as well. It seems that you are testing the notification by clicking the "Test Email" button. Please take note that if you use that button, the test notification will only be sent to the account's email address. In order to fully test it, you need to open the actual form and complete it.

Ok, entonces si todo está bien solo tengo que hacer la prueba ya insertado en la página. Gracias, voy a probarlo.
