Forms do not submit correctly when viewed in report email

    Some forms submitted come out with old products listed in the request email. They do not feature the new products and names, neither do they have any numbers on them.

    Webpage you provided is password protected, so I was not able to check the form you are having issues with. Please provide us login credentials to your webpage or provide us ID of the form you are having issues with. 

    I have inspected form that you last modified http://www.jotform.com/form/11292202631 ad I saw that some questions inside of your email Notification does not match with label of your form fields. To resolve this issue I would suggest you to create new email Notification and delete old one

    When you create new Notification all fields and values of fields will be automatically added inside of your Email Notification.
