HI
When I first set up my form, the responses used to get emailed to me. i found that I hadn't been receiving any responses for about 3 days but when I come on to the website I can see them. How do I fix this?

Your email is in the bounce list which is why you're having trouble receiving emails from JotForm.
I have remove it from the bounce list. You should be able to receive new notifications. Please try whitelisting our mail servers and IP addresses. Here are some related guides that you might want to check:

It is possible to manually forward submissions via email from the submission view of your account:

There is not currently a way to automatically send failed emails.
