This email address (email@example.com) is in the bounce list. I just removed it from the bounce list. You should be able to receive the new notifications now.
I checked your form and I saw that one of your notification sender name is not properly configured. Please select a Sender Name.
I checked your form and I saw that the Notification 1 is not configured properly. The Sender Name is set to blank or Please select. Please don't leave it blank. You need to assign a Sender Name properly, you can use JotForm or whichever you want. This is the reason why you are in the bounce list. If the Sender Name is blank, the email providers will detect the notification email as a spam.
