Form resolution in Facebook?

My form has successfully loaded into FB business page. However, the form's visual resolution is lousy...choppy & rough. Am I doing something wrong or is there a fix?

Could you please provide us the Facebook page where your form is or a screenshot for us to better understand the problem? It would be quite hard for us to come up with a resolution without actually seeing the problem.

If it is unpublished, it would be quite hard for us to view and directly assess the problem. But please do first share to us a screenshot of the problem and we see what we can do from there.
