Unable to reset my password

    I am a Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta employee and have tried to reset my password several time.  I have not received an email and looked in my junk mail.  Thank you for any assistance.

    The reason you're not getting password reset email is because your email address is in the bounce list. I removed you from the bounce list. You should be able to receive new emails from JotForm.

    You may want to contact your email provider and have them whitelist our servers and IP addresses. If the issue keeps on happening.
